About Hocking County 2-1-1

Welcome to Hocking County 2-1-1

Hocking County residents now have access to 2-1-1 services through two important community partnerships working together to improve access to local resources and support.

Thanks to Governor Mike DeWine and a partnership with the Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY), residents of Hocking County can now contact 2-1-1 for live assistance and resource navigation.

In addition, local stakeholders in Hocking County came together to support the development of a comprehensive Hocking County resource database to ensure residents have access to accurate, up-to-date information about services available throughout the community.

Community partners supporting this effort include the Hocking County Health Department, South Central Ohio Job and Family Services, Logan-Hocking School District, Scenic Hills Senior Center, Hocking Valley Community Hospital, Hopewell Health Centers, the United Way of Hocking County, and the 317 Board.

Hocking County 2-1-1 connects individuals and families to services including food assistance, housing resources, utility assistance, healthcare, mental health support, transportation, and other community programs.

Residents can search the online resource database or contact 2-1-1 for personalized assistance finding programs and services that meet their needs.
